Regional Manager

The regional manager will help communicate with our field agent partners and be the marketing expert for the region. The position will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of their respective market segment and other sales employees.

Essential functions

•   Direction and continuous improvement of the account executive team
•   Ensure the achievement of financially sustainable growth
•   Meet retention and revenue goals while providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction
•   Supporting the company's local presence and strategy
•   Coach and develop the account executive team
•   Develop and execute against defined metrics regarding account management plans

Qualifications

Possesses a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers

High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Has 5 years or more of insurance experience

Management/leadership experience

Has ability to multitask accurately and efficiently

Possesses above average computer knowledge and skills

Has knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making ability

General knowledge of the insurance industry required

Interpersonal Skills

Self-motivated, action and results oriented 

Well organized, good communication and reporting skills 

Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
