You will be responsible for vetting and verifying every business that comes to our platform looking for insurance. Once we verify their intent, we collect a few data points and transfer that risk to a matching agent – a process that gets better and better with machine learning. As a verification team member attention to detail is paramount as you will verify a specific data set in order to ensure an accurate match for the consumer. The job requires a great listener, skilled at picking up what isn’t being said. The ideal team member is willing to start out at an entry level role to learn the business and grow quickly with the company.
- Strong Phone Skills - Ability to control and carry a conversation
- Comfortable working with CRM Tools, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
- Undergraduate Degree
- Ability to work full-time in our office
- Proactive Approach to Problem Solving
