Bold Penguin, the leading integrated solution platform designed to simplify commercial insurance, has announced a new partnership with Berkley Management Protection. With the addition of Berkley Management Protection’s suite of coverages in the Terminal, commercial agents can quote with confidence that they are finding the right business insurance coverage for their customers.

The addition of Berkley Management Protection to the Terminal provides Bold Penguin customers with a carrier focused on offering Management Liability protection through business insurance coverage for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), not-for-profit organizations, and professional service providers. This is the first time the insurance solution platform will be offering Management Liability protection in the Terminal, joining ten other coverage lines available as well as Excess and Surplus.

“Management liability insurance is a segment that we’ve heard our agent partners request. We are so happy to fill this need to further streamline the quoting process for our customers and allow our agency partners to service more SMBs’ insurance needs directly through the Bold Penguin Terminal,” says Nicole Farley, Vice President of Carrier Operations at Bold Penguin.

Berkley Management Protection’s suite of products are available to directly appointed and Bold Penguin sub-appointed agents. Agents will be able to quote cyber and professional liability either as standalone or bundled in the Terminal, and view appetite for, employment practice liability, directors and officers liability, and crime under the Management Liability Portfolio℠, finalizing the process with Berkley Management Protection. Agents will lean on the Appetite Search Tool within the Bold Penguin Terminal to identify if a specific risk is within Berkley Management Protection’s appetite.

Berkley Management Protection is a member of W.R. Berkley Insurance Group, which is rated A+.
